Can’t seem to bury my tokens but gas fees taken

I am attempting to bury my shiba tokens on shiba swap and have connected my coinbase account. I paid a fee to approve the staking and then clicked on bury shiba ->100% –> stake and it showed me another charge of the network fees in my Coinbase wallet which i confirmed. But it didn’t see that my coins were actually buried. I refreshed the page and still nothing. I completed the process again and got same result. Now I have two gas fees on my coinbase wallet but my tokens are still not buried. Can anyone shed some light on what could be going on here and suggested next steps? I was tempted to stake on crypto.com due to simplicity but i really want to support Shiba ecosystem hence why i chose this route. Hoping that someone can assist, thanks!
